Q: Can I get a refund?
A: There are no refunds unless you purchase Ticket Guardian Race Insurance. Please follow up directly with Ticket Guardian if you would like a refund.
Q: No deferrals are allowed
A: No deferrals will be allowed.
Q: Can I change the size of my race t-shirt?
A: No. You must keep the race t-shirt size you ordered. You can exchange for another race t-shirt after the event if sizes are left over.
Q: How do I guarantee a race t-shirt in my size?
A: You must register two months in advance of the race in order to guarantee your race t-shirt size.
Q: Can you change your race distance to another distance?
A: You must be logged into your Race Roster Account. You can find the login option at the top right of the registration form. Select the ‘Transfer’ tab on the left side of the registration form. Now select the button called ‘Transfer to a new sub-event’. Follow the next steps to complete the distance transfer. A fee of $10.00 will be charged for sub-event transfers
Q: Can you transfer your entry to another person?
A: You must be logged into your Race Roster Account. You can find the login option at the top right of the registration form. Select the ‘Transfer’ tab on the left side of the registration form. Now select the button called ‘Transfer to a new participant’. Follow the next steps to complete the participant transfer. A fee of $10.00 will be charged for participant transfers.
Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: No dogs allowed on course.
Q: Can I run with a stroller?
A: Sorry no, we do not allow strollers.
Q: Is there a time limit?
A: There is a 1:30 time limit. After that point in time the finish line will be taken down and you must follow all standard pedestrian/traffic rules.
Q: Are there aid stations?
A: There are two aid stations on course with water.
Q: Are there pacers?
A: There are no pacers.
